Job summary

Cencora is seeking a warehouse supervisor in Ohio to lead a team of associates, manage attendance, performance and coaching, and drive efficient distribution operations at our US distribution center serving AmerisourceBergen.

You will monitor productivity, safety, and compliance, develop improvement plans, participate in budgeting, and ensure accurate order fulfillment while maintaining a clean, well-organized facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, logistics, or related field.
• 5+ years related experience with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in warehouse management and distribution operations.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coach warehouse associates, oversee attendance and development.
• Oversee warehouse activities for efficient storage and distribution.
• Maintain process metrics and quality controls.
• Analyze performance against targets; drive improvements.
• Ensure safety policy compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in budgeting and manage to budget.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and related duties.
