Job summary

Cencora is hiring for a warehouse operations role in the United States. Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• Associate's degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations, business administration, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping/receiving, inventory control, or related field required.
• CSCP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations across receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
• Knowledge of inventory control principles, stock reconciliation, and transaction accuracy.
• Knowledge of shipment preparation, product handling, and storage condition requirements.
• Knowledge of warehouse documentation, record maintenance, and operational reporting.
• Knowledge of safety, loss prevention, and warehouse control practices.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse activities to support accurate product movement and order fulfillment.
• Prepare shipments, packaging materials, and staging areas to meet handling requirements and dispatch timelines.
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies, stock movements, and transaction variances to preserve inventory integrity.
• Monitor stock levels, storage conditions, and workflow status to identify replenishment needs and service risks.
• Investigate damaged shipments, handling issues, and process exceptions to determine causes and resolve them.
• Document shipment status, inventory updates, and operational exceptions to maintain warehouse visibility.
