Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Warehouse Lead to drive daily operations in our Columbus facility. The role trains staff, oversees order fulfillment, receiving, stocking and shipments, and coordinates workflow to ensure accurate inventories and timely deliveries.

The position requires strong organizational and communication skills, with experience in warehouses, ability to operate forklifts and picker equipment, and readiness to work overtime when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience required.
• Experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, inventory control.
• Ability to read and understand English; basic math proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Trains other warehouse associates per SOPs and provides feedback.
• Assist with order filling, receiving, stocking and returns; oversee shipping.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and coordinate workflow.
• Verify received merchandise against documents and note discrepancies.
• Stock shelves, rotate inventory and prepare orders for shipment.
• Data entry of returns and inventory discrepancy research.
• Perform inventory procedures and, if needed, work in vault/refrigerated areas.
• Operate IE, reach truck, picker machines, pallet jack, forklift.
• Maintain safety and attend to overtime and physical inventory as required.
