Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a distribution center team at our Lockbourne, OH facility. The role includes directing workflow across receiving, shipping, picking, packing, and order fulfillment while ensuring compliance with safety and DEA regulations.

You will train and coach associates, monitor performance, and maintain detailed records of shipments, inventory, and cage/vault operations to protect controlled substances.

Qualifications

• Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, etc., typically a four-year bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two (2) years directly related and progressively responsible experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Directs the workflow and monitors performance of warehouse associates.
• Oversees receiving, shipping, returns, picking, packing, and ordering activities.
• Ensures safety guidelines are followed and DEA regulations are complied with.
• Maintains records of delivery processes and manifests; coordinates with cage/vault personnel.
