Qualifications

• 1 year of Supervisor or Lead experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Forklift certification required.

Responsibilities

• Work with On-Site Manager to set shift schedules for service to local customers.
• Assist with recruiting and developing employees.
• Ensure company Safety and HR policies are followed.
• Order and maintain supplies; arrange office equipment maintenance.
• Assist with forklift driver duties as needed.
• Track movements and complete forms timely and legibly.
• Assist in managing employee relations with the On-Site Manager.
