Relogistics is seeking a Shift Lead in Indianapolis, IN to oversee a team and maximize productivity while enforcing safety standards. The role offers $18.00 per hour with two shifts: 6:00 am–6:00 pm Sat–Mon and 4:00 pm–2:00 am Tue–Fri.

Responsibilities include scheduling with the On-Site Manager, recruiting and developing staff, and ensuring HR and safety compliance. Applicants should have at least 1 year of supervisory experience, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and

Qualifications

• 1 year of supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Work with the On-Site Manager to set shift schedules for service to local customers.
• Assist with recruiting and developing employees.
• Ensure company safety and HR policies are followed.
• Load and unload materials and maintain staging areas.
• Assist forklift operations as needed.
• Track movements on proper forms.
• Support employee relations issues with the On-Site Manager.
• Load and unload materials and verify loads are secure.
• Perform daily equipment checks on power equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
