Job summary

Software Placement Group in Janesville, WI seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the headquarters warehouses, directing receiving, storage, and distribution of materials to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective product flow.

You will supervise a team of 10, develop and implement supply chain strategies, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure compliance with regulations, with a focus on continuous improvement and strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of a 10-person warehouse team.
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse leadership experience.
• Experience with warehouse management systems; SAP transition planned.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 10 warehouse associates in daily operations.
• Develop, maintain, and improve supply chain strategies and KPIs.
• Manage inventory accuracy and timely inbound/outbound transactions.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and safety standards.
• Oversee equipment needs and maintenance for shipping/warehousing operations.
• Serve as the go-to expert on the warehouse management system.
