Job summary

Relogistics is seeking a Shift Lead to oversee a team during each shift and maximize productivity while maintaining high safety standards. The role offers hourly pay of $20.00 and requires supervising staff, scheduling, and forklift duties at the Fort Pierce, FL location.

You will work with the On-Site Manager to ensure policy adherence, assist with recruiting, and maintain equipment and supplies. A valid driver’s license and forklift certification are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Supervisor or Lead experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Forklift certification required.

Responsibilities

• Set shift schedules with the On-Site Manager to best service customers.
• Assist with recruiting and developing employees.
• Enforce Safety and HR policies.
• Manage supplies and equipment maintenance.
• Occasionally perform forklift duties.
• Record daily movements on proper forms and assist with employee relations.
