Job summary

Relogistics in North Canton is seeking a Shift Lead to supervise a team during the 6:00 PM–4:30 AM shift, ensuring productivity while upholding the highest safety standards. The role offers hourly pay of $22.50 and opportunities to contribute to pallet management operations.

You will coordinate with the On-Site Manager, assist with recruiting, monitor loads, perform equipment checks, and support forklift duties.

Qualifications

1 year of Supervisor or Lead experience preferred.
High School diploma or GED required.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Work with the On-Site Manager to set shift/operating schedules to best service the local customer(s).
Assist with recruiting and developing employees.
Ensure company policies regarding Safety and HR are followed.
Order and maintain supplies and arrange for office equipment maintenance.
Assist with forklift driver duties as needed.
Track movements in a timely/legible manner on the proper forms.
Assist in managing employee relations issues locally, with the OSM.
Load and unload materials from trailers and move to the appropriate staging area within the facility.
Check to make sure loads are secure.
Ensure all daily equipment checks on Industrial power equipment are performed.
Examine products to verify conformance to quality standard.
Perform basic financial data entry.
Execute assignments in an accurate, timely and safe manner.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
