• Assist On-Site Manager with setting shift/operating schedules.
• Assist with recruiting and developing employees.
• Ensure safety and HR policies are followed.
• Order and maintain supplies; arrange equipment maintenance.
• Assist with forklift duties as needed.
• Track movements on proper forms; maintain records.
• Manage employee relations in conjunction with the OSM.
• Load/unload materials and ensure loads are secure.
• Perform daily equipment checks and verify product conformance.
• Enter basic financial data accurately.
