Job summary

Relogistics is seeking a Shift Lead in Monroe, OH to supervise a small team and maximize productivity while upholding safety standards. The role pays $20.00 per hour, with Thursday–Sunday shifts from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, on-site location.

You will collaborate with the On-Site Manager, assist with recruiting, training, and policy compliance, and help manage materials, forklift duties, and daily reporting. This is a great team environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Supervisor or Lead experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation.
• Forklift certification

Responsibilities

• Work with On-Site Manager to set shift schedules and operating plans.
• Assist with recruiting and developing employees.
• Ensure Safety and HR policies are followed.
• Order and maintain supplies and arrange for office equipment maintenance.
• Assist with forklift duties as needed.
• Track movements in a timely/legible manner on proper forms.
• Assist in managing employee relations issues with the On-Site Manager.
• Load and unload materials from trailers and move to staging areas.
• Check that loads are secure and equipment checks are performed.
• Examine products for quality conformance.
• Perform basic financial data entry.
• Execute assignments accurately, timely and safely.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
