Job summary

Performance Redistribution, a Performance Food Group Company, is seeking a warehouse supervisor to guide the warehouse crew under the direction of the manager, maintain work areas, assist with shipping and receiving, and ensure safety and quality standards while keeping a smooth flow of product through the production process.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 1–2 years in a warehouse environment, ability to work in multi‑temperature settings, lift up to 80 pounds, and basic MS

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience.
• 1-2 years of warehouse and/or distribution environment.
• Able to work in a multi-temperature environment (dry, cooler, freezer).
• Must be able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
• Able to lift and stack product between 10-35 pounds and up to 80 pounds occasionally.
• Pass pre-employment drug test.
• Basic computer skills to include MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies and procedures and report unsafe conditions.
• Obtain daily production paperwork and prepare for operations.
• Wear all required PPE and safety gear.
• Perform daily safety checks of forklift/pallet jack.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards per location.
• Assist warehouse crew with duties in emergencies and non-emergencies.
• Perform pallet/stock handling and warehouse duties per business need.
• Provide oversight and input on work performed by associates in assigned area.
• Perform housekeeping and keep area clean and organized.
