Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a warehouse associate to oversee the crew, ensure safety and quality, and maintain efficient product flow in a multi-temperature environment. You will support shipping, receiving, and daily operations, including forklift and pallet jack duties as required.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years in warehouse/distribution, and basic computer skills. Overtime and multi-location flexibility are common in this position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; warehouse experience preferred.
• Able to work in a multi-temperature environment and lift 10–80 pounds.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and have basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide warehouse crew under the direction of the supervisor.
• Maintain safety, quality standards, and efficient product flow.
• Perform forklift/pallet jack duties and ensure paperwork accuracy.
• Provide backup support to warehouse management and handle other duties as assigned.
