Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a warehouse associate to pick and prepare customer orders in a multi-temperature distribution warehouse. You will select cases, move pallets to staging, and ensure timely shipment while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires physical stamina and the ability to operate pallet jacks, comply with safety rules, and work a Sunday-Thursday shift with Friday rotation.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift 10–35 lbs regularly and up to 60–100 lbs depending on location.
• Ability to work in multi-temperature environments (dry, cooler, freezer).
• Ability to pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Select cases and other containers to fill customer orders from warehouse storage.
• Move orders to loading dock staging with pallet jack/forklift and wrap/readied for shipment.
• Adhere to safety policies, maintain productivity and accuracy standards.
• Operate on multi-level racks, locate products from order sheets and load pallets.
• Transport completed palletized orders to shipping dock and complete paperwork.
