Salary is paid annually at $68,000 with a Mon-Fri 2PM–11PM schedule and exempt status. Formación

• H.S. Diploma/GED required.
• 0 to 1 year direct supervisory/leadership experience required.
• 1 year or more in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise, coordinate and oversee day-to-day logistics operations.
• Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager to meet standards and customer specs.
• Establish work schedules and coordinate activities to ensure optimal shift performance.
• Be accountable for site KPI and continuously improve operations.
• Collaborate with customers on all aspects of operations and report progress.
• Conduct regular team meetings, coach, and recognize achievements.
• Promote diversity and inclusion and streamline internal processes.
• Address performance issues through corrective actions and disciplinary steps.
• Implement health, safety, security initiatives and company policies.
• Orient and enable employees to perform effectively with necessary tools and info.
