Job summary

Netrush, LLC is seeking a Shift Lead to support the management team in guaranteeing safety, quality, morale, and productivity for a warehouse staff of 5–20. The role covers receipt, storage, value-adding servicing, and shipping of diverse products.

You will supervise warehouse workers and help allocate shifts to meet business needs. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in warehousing, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across functions to craft streamlined

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a warehouse; ecommerce preferred.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills.
• Senior presence with thoughtful, articulate communication style.
• Able to work collaboratively across functions and synthesize multiple points of view into a streamlined action plan.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising the functions and working of the warehouse workers.
• Delegating and assigning tasks and targets and evaluating the working of the staff.
• Adhering to the compliance of all legal and safety procedures.
• Managing the inventory; work areas include receipt, pick, pack, ship and return of product.
• Assist in supervising proper shift allocations and ensuring efficiency of all warehouse staff.
• Organizing and conducting necessary training activities for the staff and workers.
• Ensuring the proper functioning of all warehouse tools and equipment.
• Effective communication of all safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics to senior leaders.
