Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC in Hebron, KY is seeking a Warehouse Lead for the first shift (0500-1330). You will supervise the team, ensure orders are picked, checked, and packed accurately, and maintain inventory control and safety at all times.

The role requires forklift operation, on-site presence, and strict adherence to Crane SOPs. A high school diploma and 3+ years of related experience are preferred; forklift certification within 30 days is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Three or more years of related experience.
• Forklift certification within 30 days of hire.
• On-site presence is required.
• Strong leadership and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Directs work of team members and ensures orders are picked, checked and packed accurately.
• Supervises inventory counts and adjusts records as directed.
• Maintains safety and security procedures and Crane SOPs.
• Operates forklift and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Loads/unloads materials and maintains on-site presence.
