Job summary

Relogistics in Pendergrass, GA is seeking a Shift Lead to supervise a team during the 6:00am–2:30pm shift, Monday through Friday. You will partner with the On-Site Manager to optimize shift schedules, recruit and develop staff, and uphold safety and HR policies.

The role requires at least a year of supervisor or lead experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license. Forklift certification is required or preferred. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Supervisor or Lead experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Forklift certification required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with the On-Site Manager to set shift/operating schedules for service to the local customer(s).
• Assist with recruiting and developing employees.
• Ensure company policies regarding Safety and HR are followed.
• Order and maintain supplies and arrange for office equipment maintenance.
• Assist with forklift driver duties as needed.
• Track movements on proper forms.
• Assist in managing employee relations with the OSM.
• Load and unload materials and move to the staging area.
• Check loads to ensure security.
• Perform daily equipment checks on industrial power equipment.
• Examine products for conformance to quality standards.
• Perform basic financial data entry.
• Execute assignments accurately, timely, and safely.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
