You will support on-site operations, assist with scheduling, recruiting, and daily workflow, and coordinate forklift duties as required. The position requires at least 1 year of supervisor or lead experience, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and forklift certification.

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Forklift certification required.

Responsibilities

• Work with the On-Site Manager to set shift/operating schedules.
• Assist with recruiting and developing employees.
• Ensure safety and HR policies are followed.
• Order and maintain supplies and coordinate equipment maintenance.
• Assist with forklift duties as needed.
• Track movements and complete forms timely and legibly.
• Manage employee relations locally with the On-Site Manager.
• Load and unload materials and move to staging areas.
• Check that loads are secure and equipment checks are performed.
• Verify product quality and perform basic data entry.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment.
