Job summary

PFG Customized Distribution is seeking a warehouse associate to select cases and other items from multi-level warehouse racks. You will load pallets for shipment using pallet jacks and forklifts, wrap and label orders, and ensure timely, accurate fulfillment while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift 10-35 lbs regularly and up to 60-100 lbs depending on location.
• Comfort in multi-temperature environments (dry, cooler, freezer).
• Must pass a post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Ability to become EPJ certified during new-hire training.
• Ability to complete required training independently.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies and procedures and keep work area safe.
• Perform safety checks on equipment and wear required PPE.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards per location guidelines.
• Locate products in multi-level racks and load pallets for shipment.
• Wrap pallets, label, and stage for loading to shipping dock.
