Job summary

Performance Food Group distribution network is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Portland, OR to pick cases and other containers from multi-level racks, load pallets, and prepare orders for shipping. You will work in dry, cooler, or freezer environments ensuring safety and accuracy while keeping the product flow efficient.

The position offers $21.50 per hour with incentives and overtime potential up to $32.50 per hour, and benefits starting Day 1, plus growth opportunities within the distribution

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Able to lift 10-35 lbs regularly and up to 60-100 lbs depending on location.
• Work in multi-temperature environments (dry, cooler, freezer).
• Able to pass post-offer drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Select cases and containers to fill customer orders from warehouse storage.
• Move completed orders to shipping dock using pallet jack/forklift.
• Wrap, label and stage orders for shipment following safety rules.
• Maintain safe work area and report unsafe conditions.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support operations.
