Job summary

McLane seeks a Warehouse Selector to join its distribution team in Manassas, VA. The role starts as a part-time position during training and transitions to full-time around 60 days.

Pay ranges from $20.25 per hour during training to $25.75 per hour at full production, with additional incentive opportunities. Benefits begin after the 60‑day transition, including medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA and life insurance.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Able to lift 50 pounds or more.
• English reading/writing proficiency needed for safety and task instructions.

Responsibilities

• Select product and load trucks, move products between dock and warehouse.
• Operate reach truck and pallet jack to pick, pull, sort, and stack products.
• Shrink-wrap and label outgoing orders; handle incoming orders as needed.
• Maintain clean work area and follow safety protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
