Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Selector to pick products, load trucks, and move items within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Training pay starts at $21.00 per hour, with production pay at $24.25 per hour and potential incentives. The role offers a 10am start, 4-5 day work weeks, and one mandatory weekend shift, plus benefits starting after 60 days including medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSA/HSA, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to repeatedly lift 50 pounds or more.
• Must be able to read, write and understand English effectively for safety and task instructions.
• At least 1 year of distribution warehouse experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Select product and load trucks, move items between loading dock and warehouse.
• Operate reach truck and pallet jack to pick, pull, sort and stack product.
• Verify quantity, identity, availability and condition of product.
• Clean work area and follow safety protocols.
