Job summary

Quality Custom Distribution Services LLC (QCD) is hiring a Warehouse Associate (Selector) in Boston. You will move, pick, and ship orders in a fast-paced, multi-temperature warehouse, using handheld scanners and voice-directed picking to ensure accuracy.

This full-time on-site role offers weekly pay, benefits after 30 days, 401(k), holidays, and uniforms. Candidates should have forklift certification, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfort working in freezer and cooler environments.

Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners preferred.
• Valid forklift certification and 1+ years of safe equipment operation.
• Strong reading and math skills for labeling, counting, and documentation.
• Comfort working in varying temperatures including freezer and cooler environments.
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate material handling equipment: pallet jacks and forklifts (certification required for forklift).
• Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments and verify accuracy of orders and product quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company standards.
• Use warehouse technology (RF scanners, inventory systems) to track orders and inventory.
• Follow FEFO procedures for food products.
