KeHE Distributors is seeking a Warehouse Safety Specialist in Dallas, TX, to drive safety programs across the distribution center. The role partners with Operations, HR, and Safety leadership to promote a culture of safety, ensure regulatory compliance, and reduce incidents.

The position requires 1–3 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to train staff, conduct inspections, and analyze safety metrics. Includes benefits and a competitive hourly wage.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of safety, warehouse operations, or related experience required.
• Experience with safety inspections, audits, or investigations preferred.
• First aid & CPR training preferred, or willingness to be trained.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Operations to support safety programs and OSHA compliance.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, risk assessments, and hazard identifications.
• Support accident, incident, investigation, and corrective action follow-up.
• Promote KeHE's safety culture and engage associates at all levels.
• Deliver safety training, including PIT certification, and maintain training records.
• Facilitate safety committee meetings and review safety metrics for improvements.
• Maintain safety records, inspections, and regulatory files.
• Assist with corporate safety initiatives and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
