Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Knowledge of OSHA/Cal-OSHA/DOT safety regulations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to influence and lead.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure organization safety compliance with Ops management.
• Conduct safety inspections and audits.
• Lead safety training and documentation.
• Drive Root-Cause Analysis and corrective actions for incidents.
• Support safety initiatives and programs with HR and management.
