Job summary

KeHE Distributors in Dallas/Fort Worth area seeks a Warehouse Safety Specialist to support safety programs, audits, and training in a 10:00 PM–7:00 AM shift. You will collaborate with Operations, HR, and Safety leadership to enhance a strong safety culture and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced distribution center.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years in safety or warehouse operations; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years in safety, warehouse operations, or related fields.
• Experience with safety inspections, investigations, and compliance preferred.
• Ability to deliver safety training and lead meetings.

Responsibilities

• Support safety programs and regulatory compliance in the distribution center.
• Partner with Operations, HR, and Safety leadership to reduce risks.
• Coordinate safety training, inspections, and incident investigations.
• Maintain records, metrics, and regulatory files.
• Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
