You will partner with operations and HR to manage safety programs, training, audits, and corrective actions, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement across facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; knowledge of safety regulations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; bilingual preferred.
• Ability to influence and drive safety improvements across teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety compliance and reduce incident frequency.
• Lead safety programs, audits, and root-cause analyses.
• Coordinate training and documentation for safety processes.
• Collaborate with HR and operations on workers' comp and safety plans.
• Promote the Harm-to-None safety culture and KPI tracking.
