KeHE Distributors is seeking a Warehouse Safety Manager to lead safety compliance and program execution across the warehouse.

You will evaluate safety programs, conduct inspections, track incident root-cause analyses, and coordinate training, with a focus on reducing accidents and ensuring OSHA-compliant practices. This role supports a culture of safety and continuous improvement and offers day-one benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proficient with MS Office and safety documentation systems.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety compliance across warehouse operations.
• Evaluate and update safety programs; implement approved changes.
• Conduct site safety inspections and audits.
• Track root-cause analyses and corrective actions.
• Manage safety forms and documentation.
• Promote Harm-to-None safety program and accident prevention.
• Coordinate safety training and record keeping.
• Support safety initiatives and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with HR on workers' compensation and return-to-work.
• Oversee drug testing program with third-party vendor.
