Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking aShipping/Receiving Clerk to perform hands-on handling, packaging, and tracking of archival and federal records. You will work under supervision to maintain strict chain-of-custody while moving high volumes safely.

Responsibilities include locating, labeling, and tracking boxes, arranging them in sequence on pallets, and using hand trucks and pallet jacks. The role requires fitness to lift up to 50 lbs and compliance with security protocols.

Qualifications

• Must stand, walk, bend and lift up to 50 lbs for an 8-hour shift.
• Must successfully undergo fingerprinting and pass a federal background check.
• US Citizens only (NOFORN/CUI requirements).
• Ability to read long alphanumeric sequences on barcode labels and pull lists.

Responsibilities

• Relocate and handle archival boxes safely up to 50 lbs.
• Apply and track labels for precise electronic inventory.
• Pack and palletize boxes in chronological sequences for transport.
• Assist in ensuring chain-of-custody during receiving and shipping.
