Qualifications

• Physical Requirements: Stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Vetting & Security: Fingerprinting and Federal background check.
• National Security Compliance: US Citizens only (NOFORN/CUI requirements).
• Attention to Detail: Read and match long sequences of alphanumeric characters on barcode labels and pull lists.
• Mandatory Training: Complete NARA orientation and IRS Disclosure/Safeguards Training (IRC Section 6103).

Responsibilities

• Safely relocate and handle record boxes up to 50 lbs from shelving.
• Apply barcode/RFID labels for precise electronic tracking.
• Pack boxes in strict chronological and alphanumeric sequence onto pallets.
• Assist in inventory audits and verify boxes against pull lists.
• Operate manual material handling equipment and maintain clean work zones.
