Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field; equivalence accepted.
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse supervisory experience.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred).
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to operate forklifts and obtain required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead all receiving operations at a large industrial facility to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain inventory integrity and support uninterrupted production.
• Oversee warehouse personnel and assign workloads daily.
• Ensure inbound materials are received per timelines and documented.
• Coordinate with procurement, AP, and QA on discrepancies.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with regulations.
