Job summary

MP Materials is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor – Reagents & Bulk Materials to own reagent and bulk material flow at the Mountain Pass facility. This role drives safety, inventory traceability, and process discipline, based in a reagent warehouse with a team of operators supporting 24/7 operations.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in business/logistics or 3+ years supervising warehouse ops, with ERP/MRP/SAP experience.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead teams, manage shift schedules, assess individual capabilities, and enforce strict team discipline and execution.
• Minimum 3 years of experience supervising/managing warehouse operations.
• Strong experience with ERP and MRP systems. SAP is a plus.
• Direct experience operating in a mining, refining, chemical processing, or construction environment preferred.
• Solid working knowledge of industrial environmental health and safety standards and OSHA/DOT guidelines.
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office; forklift operation capability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate SAP / ERP system transactions to maintain inventory integrity. Enforce a same-day receiving standard to eliminate material backlogs.
• Maintain alignment with SOX compliance, safety mandates, and environmental expectations for incident-free operation.
• Validate PO vs. BOL vs. physical material; coordinate with AP for GR vs. invoice.
• Label inbound materials with PO number, material number, quantity, and date.
• Partner with operations for daily reagent deliveries on kanban system and accurate material allocation.
• Support site inventory control activities, including cycle counts and variance investigations.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for reagent and bulk materials management activities.
• Lead daily receiving activities and monitor workloads to ensure crew success.
• Work independently with urgency in a hands-on industrial team environment.
