Job summary

Peyton Resource Group is seeking an experienced Warehouse Superintendent to lead our client’s 24/7 industrial operations, overseeing receiving, storage, cycle counting, and material movements while boosting safety and efficiency.

This hands-on leadership role requires developing teams across multiple shifts, implementing standard procedures, and aligning inventory controls with ERP/MRP systems, including SAP experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 3+ years of experience supervising warehouse operations in industrial, mining, or similar settings.
• Strong inventory management and ERP/MRP experience, SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse and receiving activities across multiple shifts.
• Establish procedures for receiving, put-away, and cycle counting.
• Lead, develop, and coach warehouse personnel across crews.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and optimize material flow.
• Maintain safety compliance and incident reporting.
• Partner with Safety, Quality, and Finance on audits and controls.
