Job summary

St. Mary's Food Bank in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Receiving Associate for its busy warehouse. You will input receiving data into the Ceres ERP system, inspect inbound products, and help maintain accurate records.

The role requires attention to detail, basic math, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Prior warehouse data-entry experience is preferred, and forklift certification is a plus. Pay starts at $21.75 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of warehouse and data input experience preferred.
• Basic writing skills for professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspects, weighs, and labels inbound products accurately.
• Inputs receiving information into Ceres ERP for all inbound products.
• Prepares donation receipt records and reports for internal audit.
• Maintains quality assurance and identifies FEFO pallets as needed.
• Inspects temperatures for refrigerated and frozen products as per SOPs.
• Prioritizes workload with Warehouse Leads & Supervisors.
• Conducts temperature audits and maintains records.
• Relays information to Put-Away team after receipt.
• Maintains housekeeping of receiving area and records.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
