Job summary

MITER Brands in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Receiver III for the Receiving department. The role is hourly, non-exempt, with first shift hours from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM.

The position emphasizes accurate shipment receipt, use of forklifts and side loaders, and collaboration with Purchasing and Production teams to maintain efficient workflow. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and 4–5 years of inbound inventory experience.

Qualifications

• Accurate verification of shipments and documentation.
• Experience operating forklifts and side loaders; certification required onsite.
• Strong computer skills for inventory management and record-keeping.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prioritization and good interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee unloading and receipt of shipments; ensure items are in good condition.
• Operate extrusion-processing machinery and material handling equipment.
• Check shipments against POs and packing lists; resolve discrepancies.
• Transport and store materials using designated warehouse equipment.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure standards and absence of defects.
