Job summary

Southwest Accessory Group is seeking a Receiving Associate to receive and process all incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy and proper put-away procedures. You will track items, scan orders in the WMS, and maintain a clean, organized workspace on a day shift.

The role requires basic computer skills, forklift operation, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Prior warehouse experience and NetSuite knowledge are a plus. This is an on-site position in Phoenix, AZ.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior warehouse experience is a plus.
• Basic computer and RF scanner knowledge.
• Ability to read numerals and English.
• Excellent attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• NetSuite experience is a bonus.
• Operate equipment (IE: sit-down forklift, stand-up Forklift, Cherry Picker, Deep Reach Truck).
• Forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and track inventory.
• Responsible for all daily inbound shipments with accuracy.
• Scan and verify order details in the WMS system.
• Put away all incoming inventory accurately.
• Record and manage all impaired or damaged merchandise items.
• Follow SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
