The position involves supervising receivers, coordinating put-away, and partnering with inventory control to reduce loss and waste. It requires leadership and strong focus on safety, accuracy, and cost controls.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Associates degree or 5+ years related experience in warehouse operations.
• Minimum 3 years of demonstrated warehouse supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct and motivate teammates.
• Oversee receivers and put-away teams; ensure accuracy in receipts and weight/donation issues.
• Maintain schedules and job assignments; provide training to sustain efficiency.
• Enforce safety and sanitation policies; ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
• Prepare and maintain department paperwork and reports.
