Job summary

St. Mary's Food Bank in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Receiving Associate for our busy warehouse. You will input receiving data into the Ceres ERP system, inspect inbound goods, and support operations with accurate record keeping.

The role requires strong attention to detail, math skills, and basic MS Office knowledge. Prior warehouse data-entry experience and forklift certification are a plus.

Shift is Monday through Friday, 1pm to 9:30pm; competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; 1 year warehouse and data input experience.
• Strong attention to detail, math skills, and ability to follow procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; effective written communication.
• Forklift certification and prior perishable-food handling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, weigh, and label inbound products; input data into Ceres ERP.
• Prepare donation receipts and audit reports for inbound products.
• Maintain QA standards, FEFO labeling, and temperature checks for cold items.
• Coordinate with Leads to prioritize workload and relay information to Put-Away.
• Unloading, scaling, and transferring products as needed; keep receiving area tidy.
