Job summary

Renew Cannabis Co. is seeking a Receiving and Supply Inventory Specialist to ensure precise counts, accurate logging, and timely posting in SAP. You will manage inbound shipments, transfers, and deliveries across two facilities, and support departmental supply requests.

The role requires meticulous data entry, strong communication, and the ability to operate pallet jacks and forklift equipment. Weekend work Tuesday through Saturday is required, with occasional regional pickups.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
Minimum 2 years full-time warehouse shipping/receiving.
Safe operation of pallet jacks and forklift; certification a plus.
Clean driving record; travel between two warehouse locations daily.
Must pass background check.
Consistent attendance and punctuality essential.
Clear, timely communication required.

Responsibilities

Receive shipments against POs, log inbound shipments, and note damages.
Confirm/pull and deliver inventory requests; log daily in ERP.
Inform departments of arrivals, back-orders or shipments and organize materials.
Notify Purchasing when stock is low.
Work from two locations with occasional regional pickups and deliveries.
