Job summary

Renew Cannabis Co. is seeking a Warehouse Specialist in Carson City, NV to manage intake, organize inventory, and support timely shipping within the facility.

You will receive, inspect, store, and deliver materials, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with the team to ensure compliant, efficient operations. Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, 1–2 years warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and basic data-entry/mathematics skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or LLE
• 1–2 years warehouse experience preferred
• Good communication, organization, time management, and mathematical skills
• Dependable and reliable
• Inventory, equipment maintenance, data entry, and computer skills required
• Pallet jack, pallet stacker, and/or forklift experience preferred
• Attention to detail and strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and improve operations
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 50 lbs
• Weekend/holiday availability

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, unload, store, and deliver internally all materials/products
• Keep accurate records of receipts and shipments and contact shippers for discrepancies
• Pull supplies from inventory and prepare for production
• Fill orders for supplies and equipment as approved
• Maintain weekly inventory reconciliation
• Maintain clean, organized receiving and shipping areas
• Perform cycle counting responsibilities
• Receive and check inbound goods and place in proper location
• Data entry of inventory, inbound/outbound orders
• Prepare items for shipments and coordinate packing, bills of lading
• Verify packing lists against POs and forward to finance for payment
• Prepare, pack, label, and shrink wrap products for shipment
• Organize shipments between sites and from suppliers to facilities
• Build relationships with key partners and suppliers
• Support inventory and cycle count activities including reconciliation
• Maximize warehouse space efficiency
