GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY is seeking a Receiving and Supply Inventory Specialist in Camarillo, CA. The role focuses on precise counts, documentation, and posting receipt transactions in SAP (ERP) across two locations.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, reliable, and team-focused, with 2+ years in warehouse shipping & receiving. The position requires a 40-hour work week and coordination between sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years full-time experience in warehouse shipping & receiving.
• Safe operation of pallet jack; forklift certification a plus.
• Clean driving record; travel between two locations daily.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments against purchase orders in ERP and log inbound shipments.
• Confirm and fulfill inventory requests across internal departments and locations.
• Notify Purchasing when stock levels are low and manage restock.
• Work from two locations with occasional regional pickups and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and postings in the ERP system.

Description

SUMMARY:

The Receiving and Supply Inventory Specialist is responsible for precise counts and documentation of receiving goods, transfers, shipping and deliveries, monitoringinventorylevels,inventoryreporting,re-stocking,fillingsupplyrequestfordepartments and posting receipt transactions in SAP (ERP system).

Must be able to work a Tuesday through Saturday weekly schedule

JOB DUTIES:

• Receive shipments against purchase orders in ERP system, confirm, offload, and log all inbound shipments & note damages/shortages immediately upon arrival.
• Confirm/pullanddeliverinventoryrequests/countsandnoterequestsdailyinERPsystemfrom internal departments and other company location. Accuracy and consistency are a must.
• Informdepartmentsthattheirorderhasarrived,back-ordered(orshipped)and/orplacematerials in designated inventory in a well-organized manner.
• Notify Purchasing when stock levels of items run low, not out.
• Will work from two locations, with occasional regional pickup and deliveries

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Consistent and reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for this position.
• Consistent, clear, and timely communication is required
• Demonstrated accuracy in data entry
• Prior experience working with an ERP system
• WarehouseShipping&Receiving Experience

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• HighSchoolDiplomaor GED
• Minimum2yearsfulltimeexperienceinwarehouseshipping&receiving.
• Safeoperationof manual & electric pallet jack. Safe operation of forklift and certification a plus.
• Clean driving record; will be driving between two warehouse locations on a daily basis

MENTAL/ PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Abilitytoworkinconditionstypicallyfoundinwarehousesandgreenhousewithhighhumidityand varying temperatures, with a fair amount of moisture present.
• Abilitytoexertupto15-100+poundsroutinelyand/oroccasionallyinordertoliftandmove products.
• Abilitytocrouch,graspandliftproductaboveshouldersinordertoliftproductfromthefloor properly
• Abilitytobeonfeetcontinuouslywhileperformingjobresponsibilities.
