Job summary

Renew Cannabis Co. is seeking a Receiving and Supply Inventory Specialist to ensure precise counts, accurate logging, and timely posting in SAP. You will manage inbound shipments, transfers, and deliveries across two facilities, and support departmental supply requests.

The role requires meticulous data entry, strong communication, and the ability to operate pallet jacks and forklift equipment. Weekend work Tuesday through Saturday is required, with occasional regional pickups.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years full-time warehouse shipping/receiving.
• Safe operation of pallet jacks and forklift; certification a plus.
• Clean driving record; travel between two warehouse locations daily.
• Must pass background check.
• Consistent attendance and punctuality essential.
• Clear, timely communication required.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments against POs, log inbound shipments, and note damages.
• Confirm/pull and deliver inventory requests; log daily in ERP.
• Inform departments of arrivals, back-orders or shipments and organize materials.
• Notify Purchasing when stock is low.
• Work from two locations with occasional regional pickups and deliveries.

SUMMARY:

The Receiving and Supply Inventory Specialist is responsible for precise counts and documentation of receiving goods, transfers, shipping and deliveries, monitoring inventory levels, inventory reporting, re-stocking, filling supply request for departments and posting receipt transactions in SAP (ERP system).

JOB DUTIES:

• Receive shipments against purchase orders in ERP system, confirm, offload, and log all inbound shipments & note damages/shortages immediately upon arrival.
• Confirm/pull and deliver inventory requests / counts and note requests daily in ERP system from internal departments and other company location. Accuracy and consistency are a must.
• Inform departments that their order has arrived, back-ordered (or shipped) and /or place materials in designated inventory in a well-organized manner.
• Notify Purchasing when stock levels of items run low, not out.
• Will work from two locations, with occasional regional pickup and deliveries

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Consistent and reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for this position.
• Bilingual Preferred
• Consistent, clear, and timely communication is required
• Excellent documentation skills
• Demonstrated accuracy in data entry
• Prior experience working with an ERP system

SKILLS and ABILITIES:

• This position requires a 40-hour minimum work week
• Ability to work weekends.
• Must be able to pass background check.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years full time experience in warehouse shipping & receiving.
• Safe operation of manual & electric pallet jack. Safe operation of forklift and certification a plus.
• Clean driving record; will be driving between two warehouse locations on a daily basis

MENTAL/ PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to work in conditions typically found in warehouses and greenhouse with high humidity and varying temperatures, with a fair amount of moisture present.
• Ability to exert up to 15 - 100+ pounds routinely and/or occasionally in order to lift and move products.
• Ability to balance, reach grasp while climbing on a step stool and/or ladder.
• Ability to crouch, grasp and lift product above shoulders in order to lift product from the floor properly
• Ability to be on feet continuously while performing job responsibilities.
