Job summary

Renew Cannabis Co. is seeking a Receiving and Supply Inventory Specialist to manage precise counts, logging inbound shipments, and maintaining stock across two warehouses.

The role requires strong data entry accuracy and ERP system proficiency to ensure timely updates and reporting. Responsibilities include offloading, logging damages or shortages, fulfilling internal material requests, and communicating stock statuses to departments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years full-time warehouse shipping & receiving experience.
• Safe operation of manual & electric pallet jack; forklift certification a plus.
• Clean driving record; will be driving between two warehouse locations on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments against purchase orders in ERP system, confirm, offload, and log all inbound shipments & note damages/shortages immediately upon arrival.
• Confirm/pull and deliver inventory requests / counts and log requests daily in ERP system from internal departments and other company location. Accuracy and consistency are a must.
• Inform departments that their order has arrived, back-ordered (or shipped) and/or place materials in designated inventory in a well-organized manner.
• Notify Purchasing when stock levels of items run low, not out.
• Will work from two locations, with occasional regional pickup and deliveries
