Job summary

New Cannabis Ventures is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to manage intake, shipping, and inventory within the facility. You will ensure accurate records, coordinate with shippers, and prepare items for production and shipment.

The role requires attention to detail, reliable performance, and basic computer/data-entry skills. Experience with pallets, pallet jacks, and basic warehousing tasks is preferred. Cannabis industry experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and math skills.
• Reliable and dependable with a good work ethic.
• Inventory, data entry, and computer skills required.
• Pallet jack/forklift experience preferred (no certification necessary).
• Willingness to learn and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, unload, store, and deliver materials internally.
• Keep accurate records of receipts and shipments; contact shippers for discrepancies or damage.
• Pull supplies from inventory and prepare for production.
• Fill approved orders for supplies and equipment.
• Maintain weekly inventory reconciliation.
• Keep receiving/shipping areas neat and orderly; perform cycle counts.
