Surestaff, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Receiving Coordinator to support receiving, put away, and picking materials, ensuring safety, accuracy, and on-time shipments in Ingleside, IL. You will verify shipments against POs, document damaged goods, and coordinate with Purchasing.
This role requires at least 1 year in a manufacturing or warehouse setting, the ability to write clear reports, basic computer skills, forklift certification, and a high school diploma or GED.
The Warehouse Receiving Coordinator is directly responsible for essential pre-stage warehouse functions, including receiving, put away, and picking materials to stock job carts. This role actively assists and participates in meeting Receiving/Pre-Stage Team objectives, focusing on safety, quality, stockroom accuracy, housekeeping, and on-time shipments. Key duties include proper identification and storage of raw materials and dies, inventory accuracy, and cycle counting.
Pay Rate: $19/HR
Shift: 2nd Shift: Mon-Thursday 3;30 PM - 2:00 AM
