Job summary

BSN SPORTS, A VARSITY BRANDS COMPANY, is seeking a Production/Warehouse Supervisor in Indianapolis to lead a team and drive KPIs in safety, quality, delivery, and productivity. You will coach team members, resolve daily issues, and promote a Lean culture.

The weekend shifts run 6 AM–4:30 PM with overtime during peak season, and you’ll oversee attendance, payroll, and performance data. Strong communication, leadership, and the ability to work across departments are essential; bilingual

Qualifications

HS Diploma or GED required.
3–5 years' experience in a warehouse/manufacturing setting.
Previous leadership experience preferred.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide a safe, healthy, and welcoming Lean environment; coach team members.
Lead daily productivity, quality, and delivery goals with Team Lead.
Identify problems and implement solutions to improve processes and meet goals.
Ensure positive employee relations and coaching; maintain KPI tracking.
Participate in building teams and developing members; manage attendance/payroll.
