Job summary

BSN SPORTS, a Varsity Brands company, is hiring for a Forklift Driver to support production and warehouse operations in Indianapolis. You will manage inventory, follow standard procedures, and help optimize distribution flow to ensure accurate, timely product delivery.

Responsibilities include put-away, counting, replenishing, and operating power equipment, with occasional facilities support and required overtime, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail in fast-paced distribution environment.
• Coachable, with a positive attitude and quick learner.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to multi-task and work with multiple departments.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with warehouse management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accurately put away, count, or replenish products per system directions.
• Follow standard work to minimize loss.
• Collaborate with Inventory Control to resolve issues.
• Improve processes to ensure timely delivery of product.
• Operate power equipment safely and proficiently.
• Assist in slotting changes to optimize picking and space.
• Occasionally help Facilities with moving boxes.
