BSN SPORTS, a Varsity Brands company, is hiring a Warehouse Shift Manager in Indianapolis. The role leads a small management layer and a broader team to ensure safe operations and accurate picking and shipping of garments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field and/or 5-7 years’ experience in warehouse setting, 2-3 years in a Management role.
• Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Excel
• Experience with SAP is a plus
• LEAN/process/continuous improvement concepts and principles, including creating GEMBA metrics
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee approximately 2 Supervisors and ~40 team members in Outbound and Picking areas.
• Drive inventory and order accuracy for on-time delivery of garments to external and internal sources.
• Provide a safe environment and coach team members to achieve KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes.
