Job summary

BSN SPORTS, a Varsity Brands company, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Indianapolis, IN. This on-site role leads a 20-person team across receiving, inventory, picking, packing, and shipping to ensure accurate orders and on-time delivery for coaches and student athletes.

You will develop and coach team members, foster a safe environment, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to hit KPIs and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 5-7 years in warehouse setting, with 2-3 years in a Management role.
• Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Excel.
• LEAN/process/continuous improvement concepts and GEMBA metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of ~20 associates in receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Drive inventory and order accuracy to ensure on-time delivery of garments and materials.
• Maintain a safe work environment and coach staff to meet KPIs and service levels.
